For this project, I developed a sophisticated branding system for Marshanski Legacy – a third-generation real-estate group specializing in urban renewal and premium residential projects.
The logo was designed to symbolize stability, heritage, and timeless elegance, using clean geometry and thin lines that convey confidence and precision.

The visual language features a carefully curated color palette of deep navy blue, butter yellow, and soft pearl tones, reflecting luxury and refinement. A modern yet classic typographic system (Luxury Stylish & Inter) was created to balance elegance with readability, and to support a clear hierarchy across all brand touchpoints.

The result is a cohesive identity that honors the company’s rich history while projecting a strong and contemporary presence.
